1. Return and Exchange Policy
At CHILD FASHION, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. As we adhere to the Sunnah of our Holy Prophet, we provide a return and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.
- Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
2.1 Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at childfashionofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
2.2 Incorrect Item Received: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
2.3 Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.

3.2 Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
3.3 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item or an error on our part.
